  • Operates by connection and hardware capacity
  • Business AI token allowance

Free, Basic, Team, and Business are software-only plans for infrastructure you own. Accounts can follow your organization; practical limits come from work-screen count, concurrent access, AI usage, and hardware capacity.

NAS starting point

Compare it with the NAS options you already know.

This is not about ranking NAS products. It is a quick way to decide whether you want full control, an appliance experience, or one console with AI assistance.

TrueNAS

Highly flexible, but expects storage administration knowledge.

Synology / QNAP

Polished NAS experience, but AI needs an external AI account or an added GPU.

Gleezor Free

Try NAS, basic permissions, and Glezz AI from one console.

Premier
Custom
Hardware + service

A fully scoped deployment when hardware, installation, support, and maintenance should be handled together.

Request quote
Scoped deployment

Choose this only when hardware and operations should be included.

  • Hardware and installation available
  • On-site support and maintenance
  • Disk-inclusive maintenance available
  • Capacity and spec expansion quoted separately

Premier is scoped by contract, not just license rights. Hardware, installation, support, and maintenance are finalized after review.

AI token options

Add AI capacity the way you use it.

If the included allowance is not enough, add token capacity without changing plans. Choose predictable spend or a lower usage-based rate.

Capped usage

Budget control

Set a monthly cap and keep AI usage inside that budget. Best when spend needs to stay predictable.

  • Prevents budget overrun
  • Admin-controlled cap
  • Best for fixed monthly budgets

Pay-as-you-go

50% lower unit rate

Pay only for actual usage. Better for teams with uneven or heavier AI workloads.

  • Pay only for usage
  • Lower unit rate than capped usage
  • Add without changing plans

Pricing FAQ

Why per-user pricing?

Instead of buying hardware outright, you pay for the people actually using it.

Can AI usage spike the bill?

With capped usage the monthly budget is fixed — usage stops at the cap instead of overrunning.

When is Premier the right fit?

When outside connections are prohibited, or heavy work must stay inside — hardware and installation included.
